Refund policy
If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in a size you didn’t order, or has other obvious errors or defects, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if you’re like our spouses at times and have buyer’s remorse regarding your decision, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered. If you’re upset with your purchase, we suggest giving it the silent treatment for a few days before things are back to normal.
Cancellation Policy
You’re free to cancel your order any time before the items have been created – usually within 24 hours of receiving the order. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been sent to production - time and money have already been invested, and it’s unlikely that a cancellation is possible.
